Despite his build and more intimidating size, Ramu is timid and easy to startle.  He is quite terrible with money management, causing him to often end up in bad situations and then having to rely on others. When drunk he becomes tumultuous and at times even aggressive. His body is covered in various floral tattoos however he does not remember how they got there. Even though Mero Takeka is his younger brother, Ramu is often manipulated  by his brother and often Mero seems to be the one in charge.
