Mr. McMiaou is the "pet" of Minti Fureshu. They appear to be a strange cat but is actually an incomprehensible eldritch "thing". It is hard to explain how unknowable Mr. McMiaou is, for when they speak all lesser beings are only able to hear what sounds like meowing. Mr. McMiaou's true form. While Mr. McMiaou seems to tolerate Minti Fureshu to some degree, they only seem to really like Fuusene who they often eat pigeons with.
